croatankid, max is a ukc rep, a moh, a jack of all trades when it comes to the coon hunting world. if you ever meet him 1 time you will have a friend for life. he never has a harsh thing to say about anyone or anything. i am very proud and honored to call him my friend. i have known max a long time and we are praying for a quick recovery. thank you max for all you have done for my family and the coonhunting world... mike orourke

David just called and said he got to talk to Max on the phone a little while ago and he is doing great. Max appreciates all the prayers and well wishes everyone is sending.
Will max got another chance at life lets also remember from whom the heart came, all David knew that it was a 25 year old male.
Please continue to keep Max in your prayers and also the family of the young man that gave Max his heart.

I meet Max 8 or so years ago at the very first RQE I ever went to. Max was my Bench Show judge at the Vale NC Club and not sure who was more nevervous me or my english female. We got qualified that night and
I have been blessed to call him a freind every since and have shown to Max many times since then.

Prayers for your speedy recovery and prayers for the family that lost a love one so that Max may live!!!

So glad to hear that Max is doing well!! So sorry for the family that lost the loved one but the young man lives on in a wonderful man. Maybe one day they can meet the fine gentleman their son helped live!

I'll never forget the words he told me after the 2005 final cast of the world hunt. He was the field rep and know me from Adam but let me say this, one of the fairest straight up men u will ever see. He's the type that has the little mans back, just a great man. Glad to hear he is doing well, tell him I said hey David if u will.

Got a little news about Max at the hunt last night and he is doing better. At first they thought that his body might have been rejecting the new heart but during the procedure a small hole developed in the heart and was making fluid form. Everything has been taken care of now and he is doing better.
