team roped and bull dogged all through high school but gave it up to play college football. still rope every now and then about once a year. ran ayra in high school and ipra some too and went to high school rodeos and loved the barrel racers and still do.

I team roped for a while when I got out of high school. My horse coliced and died a couple years later. I tried to get back in it but at the time I had a wife and son and all the money I had saved up went to bills and that kind of stuff. I decided to give coonhunting a try cause it would be cheaper than starting over with roping. I have decided though that with 2 kids and a wife coonhunting is just as expensive lol.

I just finished up my college career at Fort Scott Community College in Fort Scott Kansas. Rode bulls here for three years. Got my PBR permit and just went up to Daves buckout last weekend and got my PRCA permit from him. Pretty excited about going to his rodeos this summer!

I don't but the boyfriend does or did. I hear he wasn't half bad either did some roping but mostly one of those crazy eight second bull riders. He rode for the IPRA and qualified for the IFR. Worked 3.5 years for the PBR as a gateman, says his rodeo days are over and he's washed up. lol It's his story he still talks about entering some events this summer but time will tell...
