-- What is the most track driveing walkers (http://forums.ukcdogs.com/showthread.php?threadid=496145)

I haven't hunted with alot of dogs , but I have hunted with some.
I haven't seen what I would call a "track-driver" in about 20 years.
The two that impressed me the most were both grandpups to Finley River Joe.
The female took a deer away from the older dogs that started it and was crossing the 2nd road before the other dogs crossed the first one. I stopped at the first one to catch the other dogs and Maggie still beat the other dogs back to me.
She was getting just as fast on a coon. My dad traded her off before I could get her broke.
The male I had on trial. I hunted him 2 nights.
First night was windy and cold , blowing snow. He treed 2 times with a coon in each tree.
Second night, he struck a cold feeder track ( you could tell by the way he opened ) and covered 1/2 mile in less than 10 minutes and treed on a den.
Stopped and got my pup on the way to the 2nd place.
They treed 2 coon. The first one , the pup quit treeing and came back to me.
The 2nd one , I found out why. As we walked in , she went to the tree and he pinned her to the ground. I loaded him up and took him back.

Hot or cold track , didn't matter. Those two were "running to catch" whatever they were after.

I have seen alot of people who "think" they have track drivers , but they just haven't ever seen one.

I have a BIG Lipper bred pup. I have several yote hunter friends. They all really like the pup. I think I can smell love in the air.
Can you regester something like that or would I have to single regester? They don't care if it even has papers but I would. can a person get a single regestered pup performanced?
