No they don't all that has to happen is the majority of the cast to say they are bayed or in a hole and can proceed to them.

As far as plussing the dog on the tree I wouldn't. If my dog was treed on a tree and yours was treed on a tree 20 yards away and it had a log on the ground touching both of them would you considerate the same tree? I wouldn't.

Joey just to clairfy.......the log was coming straight out of the hole and remained about 2 or 3 feet above the ground, and dead ended right into another tree about 15 feet away. My dog was standing on the log, with his feet up on the tree. The coon was in the hole.....the other 2 dogs are clearly barking at the coon in the hole....

Come on Joey give me my 225+.......lol

My point is anybody who knows the rules are not just going to walk to 2 stationary dogs without applying the stationary rule or them being declared treed. unless they are declared treed or have a coon in there mouth they arent gonna get scored

it still depends on if u called dog treed or holed cause if u see a coon u still only get the points for what you called your dog because if you call them holed you do not have to wait the 5

When the dogs are barking and are stationary you either apply the stationary rule or they are declared treed. 2 dogs have a coon bayed and the other is barking up a tree. The 2 dogs that have a coon bayed (as long as they have not actually caught it) are plussed strike and tree and the other dog is scored according to its tree.

no check your rules boss. if your dog sounds to like its barking in a hole you can say my dogs in a hole n head in!!!! you dont have to say treed if their not treed its on back of the score card used it a few times my self.........

Thank You I learned something. That will save a lot of time in the woods. Keeps from haveing to wait the 5 minutes.

What happens if there called holled and there on a tree when you get there?

Tree them and back out to wait the 5. If they are all there when declared treed then handle them.

MAYBE JUST MAYBE. You NEED a rule book. If the stationary runs out. You walk in and they are treed in anything but a tree. You are not scratched!! Which is a dumb rule but I didn't make it lol.
