good news. Glad you got them back. Dont know how someone could even think about doing that. Every year we are returning other peoples hounds that were found roaming. Some with and some without collars. Happy for you cuz I know how it feels.

I wonder if the animal rights people might have taken collars off dogs? I have heard they do things like this.
