Which is brighter g2 or white lightning was told bright eyes so that's the one I got sure hope it is

This may not be the proper post to put this on but i needed to clear up a mistake i made with regards to the White Lightning interfering with my Garmin.OE!Operator Error.Changed batteries in the timber from rechargable to alkaline and neglected to change battery setting on the 220.Have only hunted 1 nite after figuring this out but it did not interfere on highest setting.

well purchased the led blazer 5100 style head at southeastern and i love it ! i was gonna buy the led spotlight as well but after comparing them spotlight was not needed and the fine folks at blazer didnt try n push it on me to makwe a sale they actually talked me out of it

I am using a lems bump cap light and sure like the convienence. it works good for most trees but have been to a couple where i could use a spot light. What is the deal with an led spotlight? where do you find them, how much are they and do they really help reach the tops?

the only company ive seen that put out a standard plug into a battery pack led style spotlight is blazer . i bought the 5100 style four bulb head and was just as bright as the led spotlight i had my mind made up to buy both after seeing my buddies but blazer folks talked me out of it and really no need for extra weight to pack around . as far as brighter than reg spotlights i dont see a difference in them but led will light the whole tree up oppsed to standard spot is alittle tighter but i think the led spot does better in leaves than the reg ones - just my opinion . i think they run around 250 dollars also crystal light co makes a small led recharable spotlight that i hear is real bright for around 90 dollars .

y'all do know a blue glass lens in a 5100 head filters out the yellow and make a nice white light...

i run a diamond reflector and blue glass lens in a 5100 head and really like it...

i do still carry my plug in spotlight..the high siide of the bulb is VERY bright..but the spot isnt near as tight at my spotlight...when the leaves are off, i like the tight spot of my spotlight...

havent seen too many LED heads in the woods...the ones i have havent impressed me none...and i dont care how bright a head lamp is..i havent seen one that throws a tight enough spot to shine the top of a big ole oak and find the kit coon laying ontop of a limb at the top and all you can see is legs hugging the branch..

id LOVE to get away from carrying the spotlight...one day someone will come up with something..

also quit blowing bulbs once i quit running it hot and using the spotlight..1 bump of the head while im on the high side or right after, and the bulb is blown..

i been using my led 5100 style head now for a few weeks and love it ! i used it last nights with a amber pop cover on it and shinned a tree and the led combined with the amber was awsome couldnt believe the difference in clarity between the led compared to reg bulb with the pop cover
