That is the generic version of Hearguard Plus and all it gets is heartworms, roundworms and hookworms.

VALBAZEN Effective in the removal and control of liver flukes, tapeworms, stomach worms, intestinal worms and lungworms. I get 500mL for $36 at our local co-op. I give 1mL for every 10lbs of body weight for 3 days in a row, every 3 months or so. The vet calls it white wormer and will charge $20 for 100mL.

I get a liquid Ivermec from my local vet for heartworms its only .35 cents a mL and the dosage is 1mL for every 25lbs body weight. So a 50lb dog cost 70 cents a month for heartworm prevention.

I've been using this combination for years with very good results.

I know I will get blasted for this but....
Valbazen is albendazole. It has been associated with bone deterioration when given to dogs over a period of time. There are vets who coonhunt that have posted this on this site and Coondawgs.com. A much safer and more effective wormer is Safeguard/panacur both of which are fenbendazole.
I know everyone is going to say "i've used for years and had no problems" and so did I, but I'm not arguing with research.
