Jamie I would have them tested for coccidia. It does not always show up on a normal fecal exam nor is it killed with a normal wormer. your symptoms sound similar to dogs with coccidia

im going to have to take them back i guess, theuy are doing better as far as bleeding but still cant get weight on them. they dont look terrible but for not hunting they should be a little heavier
