He just walked down with his back feet . Then he was standing straight up & down treed . Troy could of walked under him , standing up . He was close to 6' high .

Took a friend out hunting ,thinking about breeding to Boone . 1ST drop den . Recasted , treed a coon . Moved, turned loose treed another coon . Recast , treed den . COLD & BREEZY W/LITTLE SNOW COVER . Ask liljoe what he thinks of BOONE .

Depends on track . Most of the time 4 to 5 barks then 100yds 4 to 5 barks etc.. I've seen him bark 1 time , drift on track 1 bark drift etc.. I've seen him run a track w/another dog , hard , then shut up & fall treed 500 yds away . Hard chop tree dog !!! Hope this helps ? Don't know where your from , but come go for a hunt , anytime , any weather condition .

I have hunted with him on 2different nights both nights the temps were in the 20's !! with frozen snow he is a coon dog from strike to Tree . Good job kevin and brent I want to breed a good one to him in may .thanks Joe.

We really didn't put a whole lot of work into him other than getting him into the woods and he took it from there. Little tweakin here and there. He got hunted here by himself this summer, he was still under two at the time and the tracking conditions couldn't have got any worse with as dry as it was. He was running coons then like he was tied to them and putting them up quick. Boone's a lot of fun to hunt.

weather

We had rain on Tues. , ice on everything on Wed. I got men started on 1 job , went to get men started on other job . They weren't on job yet . I climb ladder to check ice on roof . Ladder goes out from underneath me , & I hit the floor hard !!!! on my butt , w/legs stuck between top of ladder & next to top step . I'm alone & can't move for about 5 min's. Messed up lower back & right leg . Boy ,I hope Troy can handle Boone at Winter Classic . Men had to come & get me & load me into truck . **** the bad luck !!! Man this really hurts
