Penny, you're getting the idea and how it will eliminate those issues. Those scenarios will now result in the handler able to enter. We were thinking that would be a good thing for the customer and am sure most will appreciate it. Although it looks like several would rather see the entry turned away and they see the $5 fee for it as the "big picture". And to top it off I've been named a hypocrite. Ouch.

Allen, I would just like to say, you are doing a fine job. Keep it up.
As far as the rest of you that are whining and complaining, Come on, Seriously. How hard is it to pull the card off the the little piece of paper when it comes in the mail? And for those of you comparing it to the other KC's and saying its a money scheme: What is an extra $7 for a duplicate, or the $5 to enter as a conditional compared to the far higher entry fees at the other KC's? And don't worry about buying the rope, i'll just use one of my old leashes. I'd hate to see a good piece of rope go to waste.
