Got farmers grain covered already. We have a club meeting next friday. Try to make it if at all possable. DEC 11th will be here before we know it.

WE WERE TOLD BOBBY IS WORKING FOX HUNTS (NOT ENOUGH BUISNESS AT COON HUNTS). ALLEN MILES IS SUPPOSE TO COME (WE NEED TO DOUBLE CHECK). THEY SAY HE HAS A GOOD SELECTION OF MOST COON HUNTING EGUIPMENT.

i will call bobby and ask if he will donate to the hunt, the club may have to buy something from him to donate. you will need to tell them at the meeting that they will have to buy a few things for this event.

call todd kellam at ukc and get him to send a couple dozen hats like he did a couple years ago when johnny and i handled it..

dont forget to come by and get the trophies and get me a confirmation letter so i can call around and see what i can get for the youth hunt, i will need to fax that letter to all suppliers that will donate for this hunt.
