"PR" Jarvis's Smoken Big John......This is a nice hound that will go find his own coon by himself or with company. He has 50 points toward show CH. He goes half mile deep and if he doesn't hit a track he will come back by going the other way. He covers his ground well and has a loud smooth deep bawl on track then rolls into a chop on tree. You can call him in off anything any time he can hear you. He doesn't have a mean bone in him toward anything BUT coon. He is a good kill dog. He is quiet around the house and is shy of strangers in the day time. At night he loves everyone though. He does seem to be comeing out of his shyness though.
John doesn't say much on track till it is hot. He is very clean, you won't catch him on trash. He isn't a fast chop on tree( I would guess 30-50 per minute. I am asking $700.00 for him and you can hunt him here any time.
