this cross produced too much nose,,these dogs could run a backtrack faster than a lot of todays weekend wonders could run one forward,if you didnt know what was going on ,you could do a lot of walking before they turned the track and went the right way,and they had enough mouth to drag an unexperenced pup with then also..

i've tryed to keep some finley river in the blood of my house bred walkers but havent seen what happens when you cross the hillbilly mac onto house blood,,

i was going to breed him to princess(2toes) but him only being 1 yr old ,i didnt want to take the chance of him wanting to hop on every dogs back when i took him hunting,he's doing good but ,i'm sure you know how much trouble it is to get a dogs head back on track when breeding a male too early,,i've got too many miles on this ol body to have to go thru that again,,lol,
he's too nice to have to keep tied up for stud only or to shoot right now,,
i bred princess to blaze and if she takes ,i'm thinking a female out of her crossed to buddy would work if they pass the" test of time"

if i sent buddy out there and he got to liking cats,he might get into trouble,he dont let the grass grow under his feet and when he pairs with a dog that can help move a track ,,you better have a fast horse to keep up with them,,

got another little dog here called fullhouse trouble that will be in the same place 3 times before the other dogs have checked it once,,he makes a rollarcoaster seem slow,,he's out of old joe and a double lipper/hopkins cash /hardwoodbuster female,,

hows the jobs out there? might be willing to relocate if i had a job that would feed me and the dogs,,lol.

Honestly.. the jobs suck out here.. unless you go to the Dakotas or WY where they are laying down pipeline..

Oh heck.. I haven't found anything that can outmove/outrun one of my dogs on track.. the only things that can keep up with them are the running dogs.. He would probably fit in pretty well then.. or Trouble sounds good..

The pedigree is nothing but big game dogs for the last 6 generations or so.. Nobody did any tight breeding but they all were out of House/Finley River/Hershberger stuff..

I've got all these females related to my male and nothing to outcross on.. I want OLD blood for outcrossing.. then to bring back in..

But.. It is going to take the right dog.. These females are 6 yrs- 4yrs and then younger.. So.. I've got time... But I don't.. I've got to find that right old blood male that is worth my time and energy to add into what I'm stirring in my pot

if you got a place out there where you can store frozen seman ,
we can get with galaxy to see what it'll cost to get some out to you..
i know leroy can store it here for you but if it was closer to you, it might be more convenent for you when you needed it..

buddy's just past 1 yr old and
prince is past 1 1/2 yrs ,
trouble is just turned 7 ,
blaze and hawk2 are batting close to 10(might not be good to freeze/maybe chilled),

so they should be primed up when you are ready ...
