oh ok i'll tke and fill one out and send it in then i know that the game warden around here is nice but i'm getting tired of getting checked all the time. but i went out last night and didn't get checked thats a first in 4 weeks that i didn't get checked

Sounds like he got to ease his mind about an apparent allegation against you and knows your straight or not breaking any law. Maybe someone has told him that you are dogging deer or killing bear over bait??? You can never tell what someone will say again you.

yea i know it's heard telling what they say so thats why he come out and checks on me to see if it's true or what

well around here i know i have to have my traping license like i got and i can take and catch them in knoxville and bring them to my place and trun them loose whit out a problem like rick told me that i can do it like that.

yea i wouldering the same thing myself lol. but i called the game warden this morring and he is goin to come out and go huntin with me tonight and see if they will call in on me. he said when they do thats when he will take care of it he is goin to arrest them for harrassment of a hunter.so hopefully if they do call in on us tonight he will find out who it is and bust them right there on the spot.

office more than likely has to file a report at the end of day as to what he has done. maybe they could keep track that way.

Our GW ride around and listen for dogs and go to them,they wait at the truck,they even follow you in the woods sometimes, if your in a hot spot you are bound to get checked more than once a year, they cant remember everyones dogs mouth and face. LOL I have had them not ask to see my Lic. because they had already checked me.

I'm 44 and have only been checked once by a GW. The sheriff's dept. has checked me numerous times. Most of the time because someone calls about a truck parked beside the road. Always be nice, they have a job to do, and we need them on our side.

I had something very close to this I had a lady that live across the hill from me that called the dog man on me for my dogs barking all the time and they only bark at feeding time I wrote down everytime the man come to my house(it was 9 times in a month) and they never heard a peep out of my dogs while they where at my house or setting up the road so igot my lawer to call her and told her if she called again I was going to sue her for herrasment and I haven't seen the dog man again. Lol. just try to find out who's doing it and get some of the other land owners around to to write a statement that you don't bother them.
