WE CAN BLAME THIS ON MY PASTOR HE MOVED UP HERE FROM FLORIDA 2 YEARS AGO SUNDAY BEFOR LAST HE SAID HE WAS PRAYING FOR 15 INCHES.

we have 2 inches here in the southern tier of new york been part sun part cloudy last few days if the wind would go away it would be nice weather
