my pet peeve is when someone starts a thread and it gets turned into a debate about something completely off topic. oh and people that fly past your parked truck down a country road even while you are flashing your light around trying to catch your dog. And most of all NOSEY people.

I'm saying if you're fat .. then stop being fat , it makes the rest of us look bad.

waiting for people to enter a intersection but they won't because they're afraid of the on coming cars and don't trust the on coming cars turn signal.
another one, people that miss an opportunity to go because they're busy dicking with their toy, cell phone or whatever.
another one, people that get indignant because i blow my horn to wake their lazy arse up at an intersection.

metabolism has a lot to do with it, my dad is 5'6, 135lbs, and you ought to see that man eat...I am 5'9, 170lbs, and I can put away a fair amount of grub myself, and have only gained 20lbs since high school...

I have a neighbor that does this!

Barking dogs are a big problem at beagle trials, if the pack that is cast is still looking for a rabbit they sometimes hark to the dogs in the parking lot that are barking all day long.

My pet peeves are mostly to do with a female and pups.........

Pills to bring them in....
Pills to take them out....
How soon can I hunt her after pups.....
Fastest way to dry her up......
What to breed her to.......
Breed her to something that will cover he weaknesses......

How about we accept the fact that she is a female and just deal with it and let nature take it's course. Instead of worrying about how to make more money faster off her and the pups !!!!!!!!!!

JS,
You never fail to amaze me. My brothers call me a runt, what should I do about this?

Posted by CX3 on 12-02-2009 02:58 AM:

Sparky you need to start eating a lot, get on the couch, and pop a couple low metabolism pills. And quit coon hunting

This one joker who "drives a long way to deer hunt this big woods", that I grew up within walking distance from and still live very close, that tries to run me out every year.

People who always want to start a fight, but don't want any part of finishing it

90% of the people I work with

People who are too **** dumb to quit making babies they can't pay for

Politicians

Taking my wife out to a nice dinner and a movie or whatever else she want's to do, only to go home and go coon hunting after. On second thought, I guess that really doesn't bother me that much.

People who can't drive, that talk on the phone - I mean, if you can't walk and chew gum at the same time, you probably aren't any good and talking and driving either.

The fact that hardly anyone else has a CB radio anymore, Hell I don't even have one anymore

People who won't hang up the phone when you get to the woods

People who can't enjoy something unless they win

And a whole lot of other things really. I guess when it comes right down to it, I might be hard to get along with. Maybe it's been me all this time? LOL no way. It's definitely not me.

My pet peeve is people who claim to be big fans of capitalism but can't define it. Twice over the holiday weekend I had old friends who I have never in 15 years discussed politics/philosophy and they start bragging on capitalism. I just asked them what they thought it meant. Neither one could answer.

Another "off coon hunting" pet peeve is advertisements that make the statement "you deserve our product". Really? How do you know that I deserve a new car? or a new home? or bright white shiny teeth? or clearer prettier skin? or a better credit card? Maybe what I really deserve is to be beaten senseless and have my face ground into the dirt! Everyone hears the same commercials and from my perspective at least one quarter of society deserves that beating and grinding their face into the dirt, so how do the makers of these products know what anyone deserves? If a pedophile is listening to an ad, does he deserve a shiny new car? I don't think so. How about one of these Bernie Madoff swindler types- does he deserve a better rate on a credit card? Again, how about instead we give him a beating?

This one flat out grosses to me, but I find that it happens most anywhere we go. Folks just don't think anything about it.

Blowing your nose at the dinner table...That is just discusting!!

Another that gets under my skin is:
Having to make a stop at ever freakin rest stop on the highway because someone has to pee...

Sorry, I am guilty as heck on that one...I've been plowed over before because of trusting a turn signal and guess what? It was my fault !! NEVER AGAIN....So please except my apology now if ya ever get behind me. Because I will absolutely not trust another blinker. :/

People who claim to be coonhunters but only hunt once a month.

Handlers in nite hunts that are willing to screw you then once it's overwith act like youre best friend.

Hunters that say the moon doesn't effect the movement of coon, anyone that has coon hunted for more then a year know that bright clear nights have everything to do with the movement of racoon.

Hunters that think just because their dog can occasionally tree a coon that makes it a coondog and worth 2,500.

Handlers that refuse to hear youre dog treed then once they do try to say it moved.

Handlers that try to be slick and cheat any way they can then go around and tell everyone what a pain you were to draw for you not letting them get by with it.

People that rely on this message board for training tips and how to and when to do this or that instead of learning it for themselves throught trial and error.

People that get on here and post under rule question threads giving answers that are completly wrong.

Hunters that say the only reason walker dogs win is because there are so many of them, can't you guys find a better excuse as to why you get beat over and over by a walker?

Sparky, just be glad JS isn't looking at pictures of YOU and thinking about how you look.

Maybe he's trying to come "out"?

Hey Rip, what's goin' on man? Things are kind of shut down for me right now. We can't run dogs on gov't land during the gun season for deer. You still over around Johnson City?

Yep, I'm over here. I have a real good spot on the river just over run with coons if you wanted to load up and come over this way while you are shut down. Got an extra bed if you need to stay the night and the wife is a good cook.

Email me, my schedule is tough to work around but we might could. I would like to see your dogs go.

I only got my 10 year old, she has slowed down some now, gets wore out after a few drops, but she never wants to quit.

People that get on here and ask "what should I breed her to?"if you don't know then you probably have no business breeding her to start with.
People that get on here and say "I need a name for my new pup/dog any ideas?" Then not like any of the names anyone suggest.
People that get on here and ask a question about whatever then get mad when they don't get the answer they want to hear.

Posted by Justin_Cox on 12-02-2009 10:18 PM:

Phantom, I agree with you 100%, you forgot some, like putting a dog for sale, and not putting a price, ped, and how good they hunt. I understand not being able to post a pic.
but the one that gets me, is two different prices on pups, one for comp hunters, and one for pleasure hunters.
or people who trys to start trouble, when a good post is going.
