I disagree with this. Competition hunting is about knowing your dog and trusting what you know about what you have on the end of your leash. No dog is perfect if you are going to win you better know and respect your dogs shortcommings and be able to know when t to watch out for them.

Joe....I always felt that it was always better to make sure that you win your cast.....If I win my cast 4 or 5 times with the same dog, in todays world you have finished him( Registered to NtCh)....
