We were on a hunt the other night, Hotter than hell, after we walked nearly 2 miles in the river bottom sweating our butts off, some guys came riding down a trail on there 4 wheelers, & they offered us something to drink! Dr.Pepper!!! They were Ice Cold, & we gratefully took one. I never even liked Dr. Pepper, but that was the best cold drink I have ever tasted!!! LOL!!!

I'll second that about the Sprecher's. The only rootbeer I've found that is better is made by Anheiser Busch(sp?), I don't remember the name of it, but it was the best I've ever had.

I like that too. A soda delivery guy once told me that sun drop only sells in rural areas and he doesn't even sell any in the city like St. Louis. He said it must be a soda for hicks. We both laughed and kept drinking it.

im almost 26 and i can remember my first mt dew. yum yum yum i loved it but had bad parents because i got my first one when i was 5 then never went without for the next 20 years lol. but now i dont even touch the stuff because thaanks to mcdonalds they serve sweet tea just about everywhere in Pennsylvania now and im hooked. it makes me wish i was raised in the south then i would of had it all my life

Coca Cola by far... when we went to WV to pick up some Everclear for my Hot Apple Pie drink they didn't sell Coke anywhere... I looked at Jamie and said, "This is unbelievable!! As soon as we cross back into Ohio you're stopping to buy me a coke!" .....

LOL...That's the way it is over here in West Tennessee also...

My favorite is an ice cold Dr. Pepper, Mt. Dew, Orange Crush or Coke Zero. But, no matter which one it is, I always want the first hit of of any of the kids drings around here. They are just too young to appreciate the goodness of that first hit when you pop the top !!
