If you are looking for an excuse not show or hunt then stay home.
Don't come just looking for an excuse to complain about something and then start rumors.

I have payed as much in entries at A.O. shows as anyone and , last year is the first year I haven't hunted because of my shoulder. I have won as big a percentage of the classes I have been in as anyone. I have lost as much as anyone also. I have disagreed with the judges a few times but most of the time we need to remember everone likes a different type hound and if that is what they, think they are right.
Who ever U.K.C. gets for judges if you don't want to know what they think of you dogs, DON'T SHOW!!
If all is healthy at the Lasseter house we will see you there and we will particapate.
SEE YOU ALL THERE!

Could not have said it better myself Junior! A big amen from the third row! LOL!

Smoke Free

I know it was announced by UKC that it was a smoke free facility. AND IT IS! We hit the county fair this past June, and well the local authorities (county, city and state) patrolled on bike, foot and horseback to assure that it stay smoke free. They were asking folks EVERYWHERE to put them out. So its not UKC asking us to follow this rule. Its a new city ord.

Who ever judges A.O. this year has got their work cut out for them. There is some really nice hounds out there in all classes from all breeds.
We will hunt at least 2 and show 3 or 4, can hardly wait for that time.

Well this will be out 1st AO ever! Taylor could not be more excited!! She is trying to figure out who she wants to show! She wants to do pairs and all kinds of stuff! LOL! We don't know enough about it to know the difference so we are just going to have a good time and take lots of pictures of her showing her dogs no matter who is judging!!

Hey Junior! That female we got from Vallen off of Ruby and Abe is doing great. We have someone hunting her for us and they plan to take her to her first hunt real soon!! Not really started showing her on the bench yet. I took her to an RQE and she won BOS with comp but then I placed her with someone to hunt so that is all we have done! He says she is making a real nice dog! Just thought you would like to know.

Thanks Priscilla

I am glad you like the female, she should have all it takes to be a dual grand at an early age.
I sure have some nice pups from Ruby and our Gr Ch.-Nite Ch. Commanche Luger. I think I'm going to sell all the male pups and keep the to females left.
See you all at A.O.
