They need to put an age limit on it 3 would be about right in my opn and they could raise the fee a little not much just a little cause you are right before long there wont be anything in it

I went to an RQE last night, and it was a nasty stormy night; my cast had some time between rain storms and this topic came up. It's fun to get a check in the mail, no matter how big. Most of us felt that there are plenty of performance program pups being born, but probably not paid up. We were wondering if the nomination fees were changed, if perhaps that would fill the coffers. The fee to nominate a six month old pup is $25.00, a year old pup, $50.00; if we left the six month old pup fee at $25.00, but changed the one year old to $125.00, and increased the rest of the fees accordingly, then perhaps people would go ahead and pay up that pup for $25.00 when they sent in their pup papers.
That way it would be no more expensive to nominate the pup and because of the fee differences it would certainly be an incentive to pay early. Just a thought, no action required.
