observer, there were million dollar homes going up around the club left and right and if they werent million dollar homes they were at least a couple hundred thousand dollar homes plus a golf course next door to say the least the club did not fit in it was time to move, it was prime location so yes they sold it for what it was worth for that area

elvis, i came up with kevin before he did the brick i will tell you that the pics doesnt do it justice at all just wait until someone post pics of the inside this place is awesome for an ol coon club

blueticker, with the location it should be a good place for people to rent for several types of activities so this should help out with the income this will be one the easiest clubs to find

I think this club will be one of the better ones in Indiana, but a club is only as good as the members running it. It is in PRIME coon hunting, several motels, Resturants, shopping etc.

I plan on becoming a member, only 10 minutes from me. I also plan on helping with anything I can during construction.
