is the state ready for pitino and knight??? man that would be great!!!!! Pat riley??? who???? pat riley might get a job filling wter bottles or handing out towels but coaching??? whattttt!! If knight said he would take the georgia job then he sure as h&^% take the kentucky job....I sure wish knight would come to illinois and give that no backbone coach his walking papers....

If you want Knight, you are welcome to him! If he was hired in Lexington, I'd have to go buy myself some UofL sweatshirts. And I have bled blue for decades.

i agree with jay wright or even tom izzo. i was wanting Donovan myself but that wont be happening.Calliperi might not be a bad choice but i kinda have some bad feelings about him. We need a veteran coach to get us out of the mess that we are in

kind of ironic that your talking about Billie Gillespie on a UKC board when he comes from the same town of about 800 people in Graford, Tx. that an ole ukc representative Harry Lister lived. As most of you know Harry did pass away not long ago. He will be missed. But for Gillespie to make it to UK from a little hick town is a pretty good accomplishment for a small town kid. He can come back to Texas where he belongs.

Maybe UK and the Cards could just keep swapping him back and forth every five years. He could get a house in Shelby or Franklin county and not have to move when he switched jobs.

rick is happy in the bluegrass in lou. ky will never get him back to coach you fans can wish all you want you know they made a mistake when they let him leave hes a true card fan and coach he will be there tell retirement so guys just keep hopeing maybe youll get a dicedent coach but what top coach would want it after the way they tdone billy g. that was wrong dont care what you say if uk would have got in to the ncaa finals billy would have still been there its all about uk. not being good enouch to make it thats the players falt and the next coach will have the same broblems with that bunch of players let them all leave thats the best you cat fans could hope for

With the posts you have made on this topic you have more than proven to me you know very little or nothing about basketball and should stick to posts about coonhounds.

sounds like virgil should be there next coach he knows how to fix all there problems and we need to go coonhunting more i vote for virgil hech all jokes aside i would say that he would do better then there next 3 one year coaches heck one of the best coaches in the nation only stayed two years and he will go on and come back to beat ky several times in the next few years vi9rgil im glad you can take the rideing for you give it good to i do enjoy haveing fun on here

looks like Calipari is going to be the next coach. If he is then ill be ready for his style of play but he will recruit different types of players that im use to watching at uk.
