dog food
I feed PMI Advantage I have used blackgold it works great also but the PMI is 23/16 and it takes less feed than blackgold, purina, joy, diamond, pride, and retriver. the PMI cost 27.00 per bag but it takes 1 1/2 cup of feed a day and I hunt my dogs 4 nites a week and they stay in great shape. All the other dog food i have used it takes at least 2 1/2 to 3 cups of food a day to keep them looking good. Yes it is hi priced but last longer you do the math. If I cant afford the best for my dogs then i would get rid of them.

i like it.
KY Coonhunters,
I cant believe your dogs do better on Sexton than Black Gold...My 13 dogs liked sexton, but everyone had the squirts for the entire 6 months that I tried it...I recently switched from BG to southern states new "Sport" dog feed. It also erequires less feed than the other brands...Its just as good or better than Diamond or Bg...Not that they are bad foods. This is what works best with my 13 anyway...Give it a try, you'll be glad ya did. They also have a pet program, when you check out, you give the cashier your phone number, and after spending so much, they auto send you $5 coupons. I just got 3 in the mail last week.
Purina is still the best for me. I'm feeding dog chow right now. If I can get ahead on my bills might try purina-1 or pro-plan on my main dog. Saw dog chow at 21.98 for 44lbs. at walmart yesterday. With the 7$ rebate checks it seems worth it to me! My pup loves puppy chow and has a shiney coat on it with good stools. The house dog and retired dog do well on dog chow.

The best bang for your buck is Ultra Advantage purple bag. It fills them up and makes them fat and they have dry, one clump pile of crap that is not any bigger round than a baseball. Im buying it a $21 at a local country store.
