THE FIRST FEDERATION MEETING WAS HELD 3 YEARS AGO IN DUBLIN, AT THAT STATE HUNT AND THE MEMBERS THAT HAD JOINED HAD VOTED THE OWNER OR HANDLER HAD TO BE A CURRENT PAID UP MEMBER TO WIN THE DOG BOX. IT HAS BEEN THAT WAY SENCE FOR THE STATE AT HUNT AND FOR THE HALL OF FAME.

THE FEDERATION HAS MORE PRIZES TO OFFER ALONG WITH THE DOG BOX AND THE OWNER OR HANDLER HAS TO BE A MEMBER.

BUT WE HAVE A 2 OCLOCK MEETING ON SATURDAY AND I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO BRING IT UP FOR ANOTHER VOTE.

WE WILL BE VOTING ON THE NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE NORTH WEST, NORTH EAST, SOUTH WEST, AND SOUTH WEST AND CENTRTAL GA.

WE WILL BE VOTING ON THE ;OCATION FOR THE 2010 GA STATE HUNT WHICH IS UP FOR THE SOUTH EAST STREACHING FROM I-20 DOWM I-75TO AGUSTA TO SAVANA TO FLORIDA COAST. IF VOTES ARE MADE TO EXTED THE BOUNDRIES. QUIFICATIONS ARE LOCALS MOTEL AND HOTELS AND A HOSPITAL NEAR BY WITH A VET NEAR BY FIR EMERGRENCIES. PARKING BIULDING WITH WATER AND FACILITIES AND A AREA TO HAVE A BENCH SHOW INCASE OF RAINING WEATHER.

AND WE WELCOME ANY QUESTIONS MEMBERS MAY HAVE TO BE HEARD AND VOTED ON IF NECESSARY.

........one thing I would suggest would be to DOUBLE the committee/board members...............2 from each region instead of one...........this would give the Federation more chance to be represented by it's officials at a large weekday meeting than exists now..............I know alot of Federation officials could not get off work yesterday.........

Getting People Involved

This is a HUGE part! As a newly elected officer I can say for certain that everyone wants to TALK about what needs to be done but when it comes time for ACTION no one can be found.

There are only a handful of people doing all the work. In order to be successful more people have to step up to the plate and help. People love to complain about what we are NOT doing but we are the ONLY ones actually doing any work.

We invite everyone to come out and take part and help us help you!

i had high score friday night and won overall high scoring bluetick and had the highest score out of all the nite champions for the whole weekend.... i had a legit score on a friday night and everyone knows how it goes.....cause saturday night brought back 1050+ when usually a high score is 5 something but hey im a champ i can deal with gettin put out, but my dog did great and i was proud and i had fun both nights thats all that matter but i got a plaque and a trophy and u will see me in the book 775+ points highest ive ever scored
