I'm not gonna go so far as to say I wouldn't hunt if I couldn't use a tracker. I'm very sure I'd still be casting my dogs even if they couldn't wear anything but a strap collar, I sure did it enough years. But yeah, I'd dearly miss my tracker. I haven't turned on my Maxima in over a year now. So far my DC30 has never failed me.

i was really doubting the garmin when i first got it so i ran a wildlife also . thought i would have to breed my dogs to a giraffe to hold all the collars , now after a few months i am trading my wildlife off . garmin is the best thing ive seen and with the long range antenna in these mountains i save alot of gas by knowing where the dogs have crossed out to
