450,000 people cram into the City of Champions today for the parade. There will be a replay on that, too.....

With no time left on the clock, the half would have ended 10 to 7.

IMO, there were several bad calls in the game. The play before the safety, the ball carrier's knee touched the ground in the endzone before the ball got completely out of the endzone. Along with the questionable calls that already have been mentioned & a few others, makes a person wonder what if?

I also think that the wrong player got the MVP award, I'm not saying that he didn't play well, it's just that several other players played better in my opinion, including Warner.

It was a GREAT GAME though.

You're mistaken, the int return was reviewed from several angles and all of them appeared to be a touchdown but the review must show undisputable evidence to overturn the call made on the field. Also there was a penalty on that play against the cardinals so the Steelers would have had another play before the half bc it was after the pick and a half or game cannot end on a defensive penalty.

All I'm saying is,

watch the replays & see for yourself if the ball didn't hit the ground OUTSIDE of the goalline, no part of it was touching the goalline. His helmet barely hit the ground inside of the goalline. Watch the camera angle that is looking right down the goalline. You talk about indisputable evidence, look at where the official was when he signalled touchdown.

It doesn't matter now anyway, they counted it as a touchdown, sort of like the review at the end of the game, LOL.

All I'm saying is that unless you're claiming some sort of conspiracy by the NFL.......................he was in and the ball didn't touch the ground before crossing the goal line. Maybe you should apply for a job with the NFL as the head official in charge of play reviews. I don't know maybe all those officials were wrong and you're right. I guess it doesn't matter now. Usually when the officials make a blatently wrong call the NFL comes out and makes a statement a day or so after the fact.

perry co. cooner,

After playing 11 years in the NFL, I think that was long enough to know that officials make mistakes also.

DID I SEE ?

HARRISON,Looked almost like a little bit of Jack Lambert, the guy should of got mvp,the best at the game. The tv can make anyone look like a bad guy, just showing clips of what they want too. They should of called 5 min. fighting time, and I bet that card wouldn't be hitting below the belt anymore.
It's 60 min. of football,not 57,56, It's 60!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was a great game ,the cards are a team of the future. They have a good coach (STEELER TRAINED)
The penalty's ,some where cheap both ways, but crying about it make you sound like a ------.
Ben should be offensive player of the year, where is peyton now ?He's not at Disney, maybe fishing.
Not a dynasty,THE DYNASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
6 TIME SUPER BOWL CHAMPS

Big Ben

Roethlisberger is over rated. Warner was the MVP he had 98 yards passing and just as many TDs as Ben did for the Steelers. lol

For all the arm chair, Monday morning quarterbacks, the Head of the NFL referees was interviewed yesterday (Tues.). The replays were played over and over AFTER the game. The plays were called as seen and stand. He stood behing the calls and stated that they were called right. Game over. Steelers won. When's the draft???????

Is that why the Cards challenged 2 calls and had them OVER TURNED!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a good game even if the Pitts. won.

I'm glad you had a nice career in the NFL and I have never disputed the fact that refs make mistakes and bad calls. I just dispute the fact that you think that was one of them. I believe that because of the fact that refs are human and make bad or miss calls is why instant replay was put in place. It was reviewed how many times now? It was the correct call, maybe you still have some hard feelings from the whoopings the Steelers put on the Oilers when you played. Don't get me wrong, I do have a biased opinion because I'm a life long Steelers fan but I still think that call in particular was correct.

I was not born until a year after you retired from football so I apologize for not recognizing your name as a retired pro football player.
