Thanks Don, it had been so long I had about forgot those adds.
It is not hard to remember the hounds on the pages.
I sure hope Bloodline will do an article on him then it would include these other hounds that played a huge part in the success of the Walker breed

Your welcome Junior. I too hope Bloodlines does an article on him. There are a lot of good dogs behind him that helped the success of the Treeing Walker Breed in a big way.

How time flys Junior. It only seems like it wasn't that long ago that I would see you at the County Line Sale Barn in your El Camino. Hunting that ugly dog. I think his name was Hawk?

Don't think that Table Rock Flying Hawk came by his looks by accident. There was a reason he was one of the best looking hounds around in his day.

Oak Ridge Missouri Bugler

Nelson's Butch

Here is another ad on Mundar with a pedigree. Don't forget about Swinney's Diamond Jim in his pedigree. Buddy Gilbert wasn't afraid to put him in the woods and Jim proved to me more then one night that he was a COONDOG. Here is a picture I took of Diamond Jim one night while hunting. It isn't a good picture of him or even a good picture, but it was because of the weather we were taking it in.

Here is a picture of the cross that produced Table Rock Tiger

Don
Every time I talk to Russ he reminds me of his verison of "MUNDARS" success, and he can make a strong point.
I feel previlidged to have got to hunt with most of those hounds.

Junior L, I turned that Hawk dog into nt ch., I dont know If we have talked since that, Im the guy that had a son of Overbys Buck. Call me sometime, will shoot the breeze!

I knew it wouldnt take long. When you got a dog with brains and the ability most of these dogs have it makes a handlers job easier.
You should breed some females to him if people still want dogs that are bred to be coondogs.
This female I have out of "Nite Ch.,Gr Ch. Commache Luger" and my "Overbeys Buck" daughter is a real nice pup and I have plans to breed her to "Dual Gr. Ch. Overbeys Kid" he is from "Cutter" and my Dual Gr. Overbeys Jackie".

Junior L.

I want to CONGRATULATE you on your SUCCESS over the years. You have been a great asset to the TREEING WALKER BREED & to the COONHUNTING FRATERNITY in general. Also that is a great article in this months CB on pages 118-119.

Take care, & I hope to see you again one of these days.

I had a call today wanting to know what He was bred like. He wasd a direct son of Dual Gr. Ch. Gold Creek Mundo and his dam was a direct daughter of Dual Gr. Ch. Table Rock Flying Hawk and Nt. Ch. Table Rock Bea, Bea made Nt. Ch. when she was six yrs. in three hunts.

He is a real nice hound and I feel real lucky to own him.

Mundo Breeding

The best BALANCED hound I ever owned was Gold Creek breeding. I sure wish I could find some more of it. This hound didn't reproduce but he was the best balanced dog I have ever owned and probably will ever own. He was a Gr. Sh. Champion and made Nt. Ch. with over 300 Points!
