its bad out right now.hard rain all day and i was gonna hunt tonight and wind is blowin real hard. i dont think the coons are rutting here yet but they will be soon!!

We need to keep all this broke for good stuff to a low roar but I like to set a couple jaw traps. I even caught 2 otter this year. Just don't need to be killing all the house pets for a couple dollar coon. But I know, it's legal.

Otter! were did ya catch the otter? I know they relesed some by my place couple yrs ago, I even watched one wile fishin one day, there crazy critters!

I'm sorry they released some by your place. Your right, they are fish eating crazy animals. They can swim up current just as fast as a fish. They eat there body weight in fish a day. I caught a 60 inch and a 65 incher along the Iowa river in Benton county. I've found 40 pound flatheads they pulled out on top of the ice during the winter that they just chew on for fun. Around here the unwritten law is continious open.
