My favarite boot is the LaCrosse Burley Air Grip. They work very good going up steep creek banks also.
I would like to see a 8 inch lace up, waterproof hunting boot with waterproof chaps sewn on.

and don't your feet get hot enough, and to have to wear a padded sock?
i used to wear mucks and the same as some guys just wore an extra pair of socks after wearing holes in the heels of every pair of socks i own i got sick of them.
