Great people, with great products. I might have to take some sewing classes and start sewing my own.

It is to bad!!!!!!!!! The service and quality are unmatched!!!Service and quality, that is what this world is missing. The folks at Wicks are great and really know there stuff. It sucks they have decided to shut it down.

John Wick

I call John Wick "Uncle John". Not because he is my uncle, but because he allows me to, and because I wish that he was. It is rare to find someone that is truthful. John Wick is. He tells the truth as he sees it and from what I can gather, that is pretty much the way it is. To be honest, there is nothing he has said to me, in his books, or anything else that tells me different. He doesn't ever try to force his thoughts on me, he tries to make me think for myself. What better Uncle could you ever ask for in life. All he wants for me is to have an adventure. I'm personally sorry the store is closing. He invented most of the stuff we use today and I'm sorry he won't get the benefit, but at least we all know it was because of him we are where we are and Uncle John, Thank You! You deserve more!

This is just my opinion...I doubt if they would want their name on the business without them being there to make sure that the quality and service were up to their standards.

It would be a bummer if someone were to buy the business, name and all, and then lower the level of service and quality. I don't think the Wick family would want that to happen.

If the quality would not have been so good mabe he could have sold me more and made millions. My first coat is 15 years old and still works as good as the day I got it other then it must have shrunk.

The best hunting coat with built in game bag I've ever owned! Only the 2nd one in probably 25 years. First class QUALITY organization and will be missed!!

Wick's

I am sad to hear of their closing...........the QUALITY and SERVICE is 2nd to none..!!!!!!

There are alot of fly-by-night hunting supply company's that are popping up every month, but there will NEVER be another WICK'S.

Redgy Ramsey and the gang at ValleyCreek Supply are trying VERY hard to supply Quality products with Dependable Service, and are doing a FINE job...!!!!....They will get my bussiness..!!

Good luck to John Wick and the gang at Wick Outdoors, he may not have been a part of it in the last few years, but every time someone looks at something with the Wick logo we all connect it with John.........................................Thanks,..Tim

I remember watching Linda cut out chaps with sizzors in the floor at the old house in Wellsville. At that time they had just bought what I believe to be their first 13 inch black and white tv. They went on to change the coonhunting world both with products and with dogs. All the products that they were first to produce were diligently tested and proven. Now everybody makes them and has found ways to lower the price and the quality. I said I would never wear any other brand but I guess you can never say never.

I would support the entire family in anything they pursue.

My bibs came today. They told me they would not get here by Christmas, but here they are.

Gosh darn it, I hate to see this company gone.
:-(

I REMEMBER

CHRIS SAUNDERS AND I TOOK HIS OLE MIAMI VALLEY BELL DOWN TO WICKS TO BREED TO STYLISH BANJO. LINDA AND 2 OR 3 OTHER GALS WERE DOING SOME CUTTING OUT AND SEWING IN THE LITTLE GARAGE BACK IN THE WOODS IN WELLSVILLE. LINDA CAME OUT WE PAYED HER THE STUD FEE BELL WAS BRED AND BACK IN THE CAR AND NORTH BOUND WE WERE. TOOK A FEW YEARS TO REALIZE WHAT WE SAW THAT DAY. GOOD EXAMPLE OF AMERICA AND THE ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES THERE ARE OUT THERE TO START A BUSINESS AND MAKE A GO OF IT. SAD TO SEE THIS ONE END. V.
