YOU CANT SEE THE SCAR TO BAD. IT'S NOT BAD ENOUGH TO CALL HIM SCARFACE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. ONE THINGS FOR SURE, HE KNEW SHE WAS READY AND RIGHT! GOD THAT WAS SO FUNNY! LOL. AND WITH ALMOST 2 INCHES OF SNOW ON THE GROUND AND COLDER THAN A WELL DIGGER'S BOOTY TOO!

it sure wasnt funny to me at the time...i thought for sure she got the eye...man it was close....but, it was worth it after all the snow, the trip and time...what a litter!!!!

thanks you guys are a lot of help on the issue i will try you guys ideal on him and see what happen i like the grease ideal that may solve the problem

Keep in mind the grease idea don't work if she won't stand. I had a bitch last spring that wouldn't stand for the stud dog. Had to cross tie her in the kennel and hold her up for him to get on board. All that work and got 1 pup out of her! Sometimes its just easier to go and buy a pup than to deal with the hassles of breeding.

Seriously though, the platform with the leg holes works great. Some dogs just are not aggressive breeders. Some are. I had heard once dohoneys boone would stick a female whether she was ready or not.
