was misunderstood, he was probably just pokin' fun, i hunt potlickin' black dogs and talk has much nonsense as i can, and in the same breath have had my a$$ waxed by every breed out there, i really don't think he had ill intentions with the remark, but then again it's late and i been walkin' on my knees instead of hunting, so i'm sure my brains not up to par!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you a lawyer? I don't remember the details, but I do remember in my Ag Law class that I had in college that he talked about Res Judicata...
