I owned her mother (Patty) and hunted with 80% of the dogs in her mothers pedigree. I’ve been around her sire (Jimbo) since he was three months old. I also finished her sire to a nite ch. He is owned by a PKC hunter. Would have made Grand but he wasn't mine and I had nothing to gain.
I like this female enough that I will send her any where to be breed.
Doesn't have to be famous.
This is for me and I would rather not have what everyone else has.
stud
The most impressive studs I have saw are Stylish Reno and I have a pup from him and MrBoJangles and I have 1 from him. Both have impressed me.Reno was nothing like some of the studs that wont hunt or grad any tree.I dumped him in the roughest country I have and he shined Bo does the same.

If I were a walker man the only dog that I would give my attention to is Kong. Hands down the most impressive dog i have laid eyes on. Also the pups out of him a getting titles and starting early. Some are way less than a year with wins or already titled. The pups I have seen are made right, as well as have the mouths to win. This dog is for real.

Need to find something that reproduces:
Go in them
above average mouth
can move a track without standing on thier head
iIndependent
Accurate (have the meat more times then not)
As little bad habits as possible like:
Face barking or fighting
running the tree
chewing
slick treeing idiots
I'm not looking for the perfect dog just something nice to keep my bloodline alive
He must be a coondog that throws nice pups.

Look back at the beginning of this post and find Oak Ridge (Joe Newlin) dial his phone number and set up a breeding to The Joker or Thorn. You would not be disappointed with either choice.

All i can say is it is a shame you are to far for Hardwood Pickles because he definitely fills the bill on your list of qualities. His pups are natural born coondogs. He hasn't been bred that much but there are some really nice dogs around here out of him and I'm sure Mr. Jack May could give you references on dogs out of him and different bred females.
Good Luck on your search.
