them lipper dogs were a big bawl mouth tree dogs, some of them. they could drown out other dogs, I liked it. now I have chop mouth dogs, I like that too.

yea, i dont think I would like a chop mouth track dog! never hunted with one, a lot of people say that buck creek are chop mouth on trail, but I have hunted Buck creek dogs for a while, and my buddies hunt buck creek dogs too, and never once heard a buck dog chop on trail.

I use to hate chop on track.

But if the dog has a good bawl locate and a steady chop, I can take it. Seems the chop mouth track dogs open quicker and open more.
I like best a bawl on track and Bawl/chop tree dog, easy to pick out in a cast when rest of dogs are chopping on a tree.
Like em real loud best too.
