is it true the two walkers combined score was 850+ and the red bone and blue dog combined score was 75+ man and people r talking smack about walker dogs hmmmmm whats wrong with that pic

Hey fellows You say the walkers had 850+ and the others only had 150+ but you need to look at the the minus they had to come back from to get to 150+ and 0+. Was that minus the dogs falt are the handlers????????????????????????? Half of you wont understand what im trying to say, but thats ok the hunters that hunt the hunts will.


By the way congrads to the QUICK DOG!(AND YES IT WAS A WALKER)

You dont count what minus they had to come from.My god!!!!! Thats about the lamest excuss I've ever heard of for an off colored dog NOT WINNING the world.Thats why you hunt a good walker dog. They do EVERYTHING right.That way you dont have to make up your minus!!!!!

i just always thought that in a hunt u just looked at the final result or the final score mabye i dont know much about this i didnt know they went on effort too mmmm

is it true that there was more walkers got beat than any two breeds there? boy that sucks for the walker hunters that was at the world hunt.

Statistics...

...walkers make up xx% of all coonhounds...the odd are in their favor....blah blah blah!
I am not color blind...a coondog is a coon dog....one of the best meat dogs I ever went with was an Airdale/cur cross....
But isn't the % excuse...just that, take it to it's ultimate conclusion...is there a reason so many prefer walker dogs....especially for competition hunting?

Ok Mike, lets draw lots for 100 bucks a draw. I get 9 entrys you get one each time we draw. To make it fair it will be a blindfolded draw by a child. You just said numbers don't matter so we will do this all day. Better bring a bunch of money.

Care to take me up on that? If you say no then can I say that the numbers advantage I have is just an excuse for you not wanting to draw against me?

I just posted on another thread how the NA$CAR manufacturers championship goes to the manufacturer with the most cars racing in a given year 81% of the time and that's with them only scoring the top 3 or 5 to try and LESSEN the numbers advantage and statistical advantage still wins 81% of the time. That's with a small advantage like 15-19 , 10-19 etc. Many of the years statistical advantage didn't win out it was like 17-16 so if you were really into statistics you could say that wasn't a statistically significant difference LOL. That would put it up much closer to 100%.

Numerical advantage is huge no matter what anyone tries to say and to state different is just as bad as someone trying to claim that you don't need a coondog to win the World hunt.

Statistical advantage doesn't change the fact that it took a coondog to win the World and the winner is 100% deserving of the crown.

Why? Good question. I don't know why people do what they do. It's a chicken or egg type deal.

The reason I stated it took a coondog to win was to make sure no one thought I was belittling the work, dedication, and dog power it took to get the Championship.

I was just pointing out those that poo poo the huge statistical advantage are just as uninformed as those that claim only luck is involved in winning the World and you don't need a coondog.

HERE IS WHAT I THINK I THINK IT IS NOT THE WALKER LOVERS THAT GET ON HERE AND RUN THERE MOUTHS BECAUSE OF HOW MANY WALKERS THERE ARE THE POINT IS THIS WALKERS WIN THE HUNTS MOST OF THE TIME SO YOU CAN SAY WHAT EVER YOU WANT ABOUT HOW MANY THERE ARE FOLLOW UKC AND PKC WALKERS RULE BOTH REGISTRIES DONT THEY SO TALK ALL YOU WANT ABOUT THE PERCENTEGES AND STATISTICS BUT WHEN I TAKE TO THE WOODS THAN I WILL HAVE WALKER POWER PLEASURE OR IN THE HUNTS
