Hi Everyone!

GLORIOUS day today here! I'm in here on the sofa with the little cur dawgs head in my lap... and the laptop too... got the front door open, cool fresh air streaming in and you can smell the flowers as the sun heats the day... Little dawg is snoring away! I'm determined NOT to fall asleep before I read ALL the new stuff on here...LOL..... STRUGGLING! lol...

Hope the weekend is SUPER for all and that some of you may have some successes in comp. hunts etc... DO NOT forget that Sunday is MOTHER's day gents...

Howdy!

Good Morning all! I'm in a Lovely mood today! Got to watch our Beloved Bruins SWEEP the Flyers last night! Poor Bob... it was TORTURE for him! lol... Friday is Music Night... and he was down in the basement with band... Our friend Kenny and I were sitting up here...watching the game and texting Bob updates! Will be looking for replay for him to watch today...but we'll be fighting for the TV if the Derby is on at the same time Actually I think Bob is going to pick the grey horse in the race... he always does... one of his favorite ponies growing up was a fantastic grey named Panther Paws....and one of his least favs was a grey named Pandy. Funny thing is... Pandy is buried here...since I was able to give him his final home when I got him for my son Richards second Bday.... Bob heard that when we met again as adults and... he still grumbles every time he walks past the grave! LOL... He HATED that beast as much as we loved him. He had to train him... ride him to tire him out...hand him to the girl who owned him back then... go into the show ring and get BEAT by that cute beast! lol... poor Bob.... a love hate thing with the greys.....

PS... Derby was a decent race. Exciting to see Animal Kingdom come from behind. Bob struggled to stay awake. Poor dude is struggling to get thru this awful Shingles thing. Hope he's LOTS more comfortable next weekend... we'll be going to 4 graduation ceremonies in 3 days... Akkk! It will be awful if he's not feeling great... I'm used to being the grumpy tired sore person with no energy.... I'm NOT used to seeing him in discomfort....

Talk about catching the devil. The local NBC station up in Albany carried the Derby. When the horses came out of the 4th turn, they went to a commercial. Everyone watching had to wait on a replay to see the finnish.

Hey everyone! Nice pix, Va Reb, good to hear from you and think of you often! SO glad you are able to work and do so well...even if it keeps you away from the thread.
I had a very nice MothersDay and have been BUSY! This whole week will be busy and I may not get on here much. Wont be around from Thurs pm till Monday at some point since we'll be off at college graduations all weekend. Hope we get some decent pix to share!

Ralph and Edna

Just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to, doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have. Ralph and Edna were both patients in a mental hospital. One day while they were walking past the hospital swimming pool, Ralph suddenly jumped into the deep end.

He sank to the bottom of the pool and stayed there.

Edna promptly jumped in to save him. She swam to the bottom and pulled him out. When the Head Nurse Director became aware of Edna's heroic act she immediately ordered her to be discharged from the hospital, as she now considered her to be mentally stable.

When she went to tell Edna the news she said, 'Edna, I have good news and bad news. The good news is you're being discharged, since you were able to rationally respond to a crisis by jumping in and saving the life of the person you love... I have concluded that your act displays sound mindedness.

The bad news is, Ralph hung himself in the bathroom with his bathrobe belt right after you saved him. I am so sorry, but he's dead.'

Edna replied, 'He didn't hang himself, I put him there to dry..
How soon can I go home?'
