Chuck it's a wonder you didn't have too get permission too boil root tea from out of town--do your bathroom business--brother you have done your time we down staters parden you---you are free to leave. TD................... Mike, I'm doing good going mushrooming yesterday helped me a lot. The only thing left to do is scatter his ashes and don't know when that will be. Have to go this morning to burn some goat horns for a friend. Then Good Friday service tonight. Mowed the yard yesterday too. Thanks for asking. Chuck If I was you I would tell them to stick it where the sun don't shine and pack up my camper and move to where you can gem hunt everyday. Linda

Gem hunting

Now that is something I would like to do and even pan gold if I knew more about it.

Pete was a good guy and is picking mushrooms this morning in heaven and cooking them for his friends and kinfolk there. We were looking forward to him cooking at the future swim races as he did a good job before. Now we will have to find somebody else.

I will be mowing with a bush-hog this weekend at the club maybe tonight and cleaning some things up. Mark is close to getting the box done and we need to string the cable.

I miss the swim races at Johnsons in mattoon from years ago. My article will run in the Blue Tick issue, so be sure and tell the editor Vickie Rand if you like it. Money I get is donated to club for events, upgrades and taxes. Remember this story was when i was 12 years old and gave me a fondness of blueticks forever. Most of my fieldtrial dogs in the 1970's and through 1991 had bluetick in them no matter what color they actually were. I admired the Bluetick Guts and determination. Sure hope you guys enjoy the story.

Mushrooms

Thanks for telling us, We are going tonight!! Sure like those big yellow ones. That is about all i can spot.

Toby you need to train a dog to find them.I know it can be done. A man named Schilling had a blackish gray hound that would tree them like coon. I offered $500 for him for a race dog and guys started laughing and saying he won't and can't sell that dog. I asked why and they told me, about treeing mushrooms and he lived in his wifes kitchen as her pet.

Stan kept that dog his whole life. I know he liked his wifes cooking so he was a winner with old gray hound. His name was Coal-Dust. I will never forget him.

I made this for my brother and put it on his casket for visitation. Now will keep in his memory.

Linda that is a thoughtful idea. I mowed yesterday and I will get the weed eater out today and the sprayer right behind it.

Good easter mornin' all. Gonna be sunny here today,but a little cooler. Went and bought my huntin' & fishin' license yesterday, I hope I have better luck with them than what it's been with 'shrooms Anybody know how too bait 'shrooms?

Morning everyone and Happy Easter. Looks like it is going to get down to 37 Wednesday morning. After working all day yesterday I am taking today off. Sit under the gum tree and enjoy the day. Turkeys were talking this morning and the geese were landing in the field next to my house. Hope everyone has a fine day and remember what today means.

Mike, It is because of this day that I can rejoice knowing that Christ died for the world and my brother is now in his arms where if we come to know Christ so shall we all be. I am like you don't plan on working to hard today could use the rest. Went mushroom hunting and came up with nothing. I couldn't even find the bad ones. I did find some muskrat dens. This was behind my house. That slough has gotten big.
