This is Crooked River Deepwoods Dixie,( rocky x tammy). Randy and Kyle Borgstadt were nice enough to pick her up at autumn oaks this year for me. She was green as grass when she arrived here but she has came along ways since August. She treed this boar coon 865 yards from the truck all alone. She's a fan of split treeing so I'm a fan of hers.

I got to hunt with Dixie a couple nights ago. I watched her tree several times and had the meat every time! She is a nice little dog with a good handle.

You'll see this dog winning in the future. Crooked River Deepwoods Dixie has been on quite a streak this season.

I was looking at the current reproducer list for the females. I noticed that 3 out of 10 females on the list have been bred to Rocky, and all of there titled pups are sired by him.
#2 Red Oak Dot (22 out of 32 pups by Rocky)
#5 Bembe (22 out of 40 pups by Rocky )
# 6 Branch River Tammy (12 out of 22 pups by Rocky )

Thank you to everyone that has bred a female or is hunting a Rocky pup. Rocky is getting old so don't miss your chance to breed to him.

He looks good Richard. This is Dixie on the right with the best coach she could ask for. There have been a few nights that she gave turkey a run for his money.

Turkey is still awfully good looking. Trump also sounds like his daddy. Rocky stamps a lot of his offspring with that big pretty mouth. The guys looking for a big pretty bawl mouth should try a Rocky pup.

Dixie had another good weekend. This was her 3rd hunt and she took 5th at an rqe in Marshall Mo. I hope her streak continues. 2 of her littermates also did some winning this weekend. Great cross.

Randy here is Demon, another one of Trump's litter mates. I finally got around to taking him hunting. What a mouth he has. He sounds like his dad.
