No, WV seceeded from Virginia, a Confederate state, so it could be a Union State. If that hadn't happened there would be no WV.

Harummmfffffffff! lol... The snow melted here today and it was about 42 or so...and we'll have more snow tomorrow pm..........

Webster still holding his own with the extra meds... so far. Had Daisy here for a couple hours of play today... they were NUTS outside digging for rats.... Webster was STILL insane after she went home and I had to go out there and help him "rathunt"...LOL... I lifted a little shed we had and he DOVE under it... came out muddy and ratless but he tried!

I remember some years ago my ole sorry dogs ran a coon in a grown over corn field for quite a while but finally he went up a tree. I saw why he didn't want to climb when I shined up the tree. He didn't have feet on either of his two front legs. He jumped out of the tree as soon as I got there and the dogs killed him.
