GOOD MORNING ALL
33 WITH RAIN AND FOG HERE

CORKY,
I HAVE HAD NO LUCK HUNTING DEER. THE WEATHER HAS BEEN AWFULL THIS WEEK TWO DAYS OF FREEZING RAIN. FOG HEAVY ON TWO DAYS. DID SEE A BUCK OPENING DAY, BUT I COUILD NOT GET A GOOD SHOT SO I LET HIM GO. DID SEE AN 80 LB SPIKE BUT I LEFT HIM GO ALSO. STILL HAVE ALL OF NEXT WEEK.

THE BOSS ASKED ME TO STAY HOME THIS MORNING DUE TO ME FIGHTING A BAD SORE THROAT AND COLD. AFTER LOOKING OURSIDE AND SEEING MORE FOG AND RAIN I WENT BACK TO BED. I WILL BE TAKING MY YOUNGEST THIS AFTERNOON ON MY PROPERTY. I HAVE A CLOSED IN STAND WITH WINDOWS FOR US TO SIT IN. MIGHT EVEN TAKE HEATER. LOL NOW THATS HUNTING.

WENT TO TAKE HOMER OUT TO DO HIS BUSINESS . AS I OPENED THE DOOR A SKUNK RAN ACROSS THE PORCH. HOMER CAUGHT HIM AS HE LEFT THE PORCH WELL YOU KNOW THE REST . WASHED HIM IN PEROXIDE BAKING SODA AND DAWN .IT WORKED

Gun season for deer ended today. Going to get the coon dogs back out tomorrow.

Hunted 25 Friday night and 13 Saturday night. Show was way off. Mrs. B rode with me to see the water race and then none showed up.

Nice pix and Nice Bear PopPop!

Rain Rain Rain today here. Was some ice in the morning and of course accidents here and there... People always rush too much!
ALl well here. Good weekend with mum....did too much of course as usual..was in a resting up mode yesterday then went in the PM to get fitted for new glasses with Bob... we have pretty specialized lenses so it will be up the 3 weeks to gettum...lol.. THe eye dude was laughing at the solder, the superglue and even strips of sterling silver from HighSchool jewlery making..holding my glasses together...
I can't think of a bit of news to give youall...lol.. I think my brain is dying off faster than normal this winter...
Have a Great night and I'll try my hardest to get thru every post I've missed since I was last on...lol.. Oh My!

Corky you have it wrong...its the other way around...he has gotten us into way to many adventures

Nice bear...that a way to go Pop Pop, tell my deer hunting partner i will be down in a couple of weeks to listen to the deer dogs and get the whole story on the bear
