Went last night started out with hound killing a slick tail on the ground moved spots heard ol streak open 645 yards in front of me according to the garmin didnt hear anything else out of him but just watched the yards round up my old walker was back where he first opened treed then came off and went his way garmin got up to 864 yards from that spot showed streak treed but didnt hear him open then he let out a bawl and kept at the bawl chop bark started walking in head the old walker and Daisy start treeing with him Daisy is now my Girlfriends little brothers dog he was so excited but any way got in to them and see posted signs everywhere so I knocked the coon out and headed back to the truck and called it a night. it sucks season ends this week. didnt get any pics I didnt even think to I was so wore out

ole streak is really comming on now it sounds like,good hunt coontravker.my cur treed a grinner tonight and treed pretty good.i aint hunting my walker right now,i like hunting a young dog by theirself,that way ill know for sure if hes going to make it or not.

I would like to do that but if I leave dogs behind they wont shut up until I get back. But ol Streak has been on fire and has been first to strike first to tree the past few times I was worried a few times but his daddy was a grn Nite Champion and after talking to Doug Pearson about the bloodline what he said is adding up. Sounds like he is taking after his daddy and mothers steps couldnt be any more proud of my hound. I wouldnt sell him now for anything in this world.

i dont blame you none either,coon dogs are hard to come by.i was hunting on the side of the mountain tonight, and when my cur treed i could hear my walker barking at the house hear tonight lol.coontravker how old a dog is streak?it sounds like you got a dog to be proud of.these east tennessee coons aint to easy to tree this time of year.

due to the mans wife passing I did not hunt for about 2 months. but the last 2 times I have been its like I never even stopped huntin. I like hearing about young dogs and how they are doing I have a young one to but I cant hunt him with streak they end up fighting I dont know why, Streak has never tried to fight another male dog or female one.

coontravker from what little bit i know, that pup might just get meaner if hes the one starting the fight.i would watch both of them close,you dont want them to start fighing or they will start hateing each other then it will be just a mess for ya.

yea you cant put them together I ran streak and daisy monday night hit 3 dens wish I would have gotten in the woods a little earlier

my little cur treed a coon tonight,iam really likeing that little devil.hes starting to tree harder and louder,i reckon hes growing out of the puppy stage.he was about 100 yards ahead of me and ran into a pack of coyotes,they were barking to beat the band at him.i ran as hard as i could to him with my light off hopeing i could see them ,but they must have smelt me cause by the time i got there they was heading out of there.

the yotes where I hunt must be gone i heard them 1 night out of the season this year. I went last night in the rain daisy treed 3 coons little girl 1 coon Streak was baying in a hole in the creek bank and daisy had one den before we left good night but I am sore as I dont know what today best thing about it is I left all coons in the tree because of it raining I left the gun in the truck just my luck though.

your right mr.ben and i will keep a close eye on them yotes,good luck tonight with that english pup,i hope he makes you a good one.i went tonight with my little cur and treed in a den.i cant say if he was it right or not cause i didnt see a coon.iam starting to learn him now,when he gives out 3 quick yo yo yos he there.this was the 5th night ive hunted him by hisself,and i think hes going to make it.
