We got her negative brucellosis test and just waiting on things to get right. How many pups does LOGAN have on the ground? We need to hit that 100 mark and get him eligible for the reproducers list. A gentleman called me yesterday asking bout LOGAN'S reproducing ability. He had a 2yr old gyp out of Dual Grand Blue Iron Brummy. Also had a man with a sister to Ntch PR Harpeth River Blue Jack that wanted to breed to LOGAN but I think he will be in Wisconsin before she comes in heat. I wish she would come in early!! I will miss the ole boy when he leaves. He will make you laugh with some of his antics. He will stand dead still like a statue when you are walking towards him and when you get close he just explodes, bouncing around wagging his tail wanting attention!! Thanks again for allowing me the opportunity to keep him this winter. Darren

WHEN IS LOGAN GOING BACK HOME ? I WOULD LIKE TO SEE HIM HIT THAT 100 PUP MARK TO. DON'T BELIEVE DIXIE CAN HAVE THAT MANY PUPS. WITH POSSIBLY 3 MORE FEMALES TO BREED THAT WOULD SURELY GET HIM THERE.

I'M REAL HAPPY WITH MY PUP OUT OF LOGAN AND CAMI. I HAVEN'T HAD HIM BUT 2 WEEKS BUT SINCE I GOT HIM HE WENT TO RUNNING THE TRACK AND TREEING WITH MY DIXIE FEMALE THAT IS BEING BRED TO LOGAN NOW. FOR A 11 MONTH OLD PUP I REALLY LIKE HIM AND THINK HE IS GOING TO MAKE A REAL FINE TREE DOG. MAYBE THESE PUPS OUT LOGAN AND DIXIE WILL DO THE SAME.

I went up to Terry Tibbs place today to look at the Logan x Belle pups. They are good marked , houndy good looking pups. Should be some nice ones coming up out of Logan. Darren

Logan will need to have a few more litters to get to that 100 pup mark for Ol' Logan. He will be 10 years old this Summer and hope to make a couple of crosses with him up in Wisconsin this year too.

Buddy time sure flies by fast, it only seems like yesterday when I had him here at my house one summer huntin him for Gary, he was maybe 18 months old !

You got that right. I always will remember the first time I hunted with Logan. He was 11 months old and we hunted in the Ozarks. It was a cool night in July. He really impressed me with his drive, track and tree. I never thought that I would ever own him. I eventually traded him to Gary for a GrNiteCh Hornet female. Logan was just an open registered dog. Never had any regret over that decision.

Talked to Scott on Sunday night. He has got a nice blue gyp from Arkansas lined up to breed to LOGAN if all goes well and he is still here when she comes in heat.

I checked out the 4 LOGAN X BELL pups on Saturday at Terry Tibbs kennel. They are good looking little suckers.

Logan X Dixie

Took Logan and Dixie to vet today to AI her. She doesn't swell much and Logan couldn't hang her. Knotted up outside her several times so we just went on to vet this evening. Gone get it done again Saturday morning.

I carried Logan and Dixie to vet again Saturday morning and got her AI 'd again. It will be a waiting game now. Hope she has a sack full. I think this will be a good cross on LOGAN. Dixie is by NtChGrCh Drip's So Blue Duece and GrCh Pocket Roxie. Duece is by Drip and Roxie is Double Bock. Uchtman top and Sandberg and Spanky on bottom. Logan will put Old Uchtman in there with a shot of Jet V to line up with the bottom, and some Rambo II for good measure!!

Siglers Bull Branch Devo

Gr nitech Blue Logan × Nitech Flat wood Blue Jessie. Devo has not been pushed in the night hunts. However Devo made Night Champion Last night in the Elbert Vaughn Memorial Hunt. Devo made night Champion in only three night hunts. Including a 7th place at the Winter Classic .

Thanks for keeping me posted on his hunt wins. Sounds like he is a chip off of the old block getting those coon by his self.

Logan Was King of hunt at the Fall Roundup in 2009

His pups have placed at:

Winter Classic
Battle of The Breeds
And Twice at the Elbert Vaughn Memorial Hunt

Some nice females to be bred to him down in Alabama yet and then he will be back up in Wisconsin.
