Thanks everyone. I wish we had a few more of them to spread around. But we are hopeful that these pups will play an important role in our breeding program down the road, so we are planning to keep all three of them ourselves.

Not yet. My dad has four baits out, but we're not getting much action yet. The weather has been so mild I guess they're not that hungry yet or something. It's raining right now. We haven't hardly had enough snow to cat hunt yet.

Hunting has been very slow this winter. We've had very little snow all season. I still have til the end on March, so hopefully I'll get some good hunting in yet.

I took some pics of the nice Tapp/Woodstock female I got from Michael Parker. She's just over a year old now. I've had her on a few cat tracks and she has done very well so far. Now I just need some snow so I can get her some more opportunity.

We have high hopes for her. She is a very likeable little dog that is a pleasure to hunt. I plan to turn her loose on every cat I run for the rest of the winter. Now if I could just get Brian to teach me how to do the snow dance properly, we could get some more hunting in. He has around three feet of snow up there, and I have bare ground in my yard.

Not yet. We finally had them hit one of the baits good. We hung two dozen snares on it last week. Now it's just a waiting game to see if they come back.

Still waiting on some snow to go cat hunting.
