Sorry to hear she didn't take. Keep my name on 1 though.

Iv slowed down a lot since sending Jon to Maryland but still load up the old Girl a nite or 2 a week. It's bad dry here to, I just walk into the river & send Brandy up or down she'll hit a track leaving the water & get it treed pretty fast.

Got to stick to the water right now for sure. Last time I hunted we made 4 trees and all 4 were layups, not a single bark on the ground.

Went hunting Tuesday night Clyde. She had to get in there deep like her daddy to do it though. Almost felt like i was gonna have a miserable night but she got in there about 900 yards and got struck had to go off my land to get her.

Sometimes these hard going dogs will make it hard on you but I wouldn't have it any other way. Glad she busted a hole in the dark and got in there and got treed.

Me and ol' Brummy are still here. Just came off a 2 week shutdown at work so this is the first weekend I've had off in 3 weeks. Needless to say we haven't been hunting a bunch.

I have hunted with brummy several times in the past 6 months or so and I have seen this dog do some amazing things. For instance: i saw brummy lay up a coon that we all bet hadnt moved since early evening, Saw him take a track clear across the woods over a mile and have the meat, and saw him put together an old track that some of the most experienced dogs couldnt work. Am I saying that brummy is the greatest coondog the world has ever seen? No, I am not. Because EVERYONE says there dog is the best there is. What I am saying is way more important and definatly not blow out of proportion like alot of dogs are. If I had to say three things about this dog that would sum him up this is what they would be....

1.)Brummy is a hard going dog that will get across the country if he has to, as long as he has the meat
2.)The word ACCURATE doesnt touch what Brummy is, if he is treein' you best believe there is a coon above him.
3.)This dog brummy is throwing genuine pups, that have that same drive has their old man. I personally have seen some of these pups go, and i was impressed.

If your lookin for a Stud Dog who is going to produce pups that are smart, have drive, and plenty of tree Brummy is the Stud Dog for you.

I'd say you described him pretty good Curt. I'm glad you've enjoyed hunting with him. I've been real impressed with Daisy and Pride every time I've been with them.

Curt Todd and myself have partnered up on a All Terrain Boomer femake and she was bred to Brummy for the first time Friday. Nice little female that will flat bust a big ol' hole in the dark.
