Yes it will have Windows 7 and I don't think you will need anything other than what it comes with.

We have two Magnavox LCD HD tv's.. Didn't have to pay a lot for them. Work great for us. Here's a link to their site. http://www.magnavox.com/p/slider_tv.php We bought ours at Sam's Club.

CP was the only one who had to clean the bathroom as matter of a fact his wife Karen came over to to Mike's before we went hunting while we were cooking supper and said he had to clean the bathroom before he could go hunting all four of us jumped on him at the same time
