Look at how many national titles the big east has and how many different teams has won one. They are one of the best basketball conferences and have won what 2 or 3 titles in a row? Yea keep downgrading a conference to make yours seem better. Florida and UK are the only basketball programs in your entire conference. The rest are there for football and are an embarrassement to major conference basketball.

How about Nova hitting 9 3s and killing a decent Xavier team in the first half. If Nova plays like they have since the Seton Hall loss watch out they have a solid offense and defense. Nearly players average double digits scoring.

Perry do you really think Nova will get a 2 seed? They play in the number 1 conference as far as RPI and have one loss in double overtime against a ranked team on the road.

I hope and pray Gonzaga doesn't get a 1 seed

March tells the truth men plain and simple... It gives the smaller school a chance to knock off the bigger schools..its awesome... But this year is different we have one school trying to make bigtime history... Its the year of the ky Wildcats....Undefeated season....

Its all about March.... Who is playin the best and toughest ball ball in March... Most every team that gets in can get hot and win.. But most of the time its a team that has played tough competation all year long.. Thats why schools from mid major conferences will win a couple and thats it... They will usually run into a power conference team that has horses in the stable and has been pushed hard all year by power conference schools !! There is no substitute for tough competation throughout the season... The two uconn teams that Jim Calhune won title with done exactly that.. The Big East were letting them play physcal all year long both of those years( when Big East had power schools).. So when March got here uconn had played tough and physcal competition all year and learned how to win at that level. They would not have the same preparation throughout the season in that conference today... Its why all three SEC schools did well last year in march... I will not call a red barn green... SEC is one of 3 toughest conference to play in year in and year out!!and its why i believe if the Kentucky Wildcats go undeafeated throughout SEC then they will be prepared for anybody in March!!!! Zags are my pick of mid majors to maybe make it to finsle 4

The same 2 or 3 teams every year. UK FLA and Tenn. Aside from them the rest of the conference year after year is garbage.

SEC hasn't had as many Teams selected the last few years and that has caused them to have the highest win percentage in Tourn by far. at one point last year the SEC was 8 and 0 in the NCAA Tourn. ANY Conference can send a Team to LOSE.

The bottom or rebuilding half of SEC look so bad because of the conference they play in... Georgia Bulldogs would be in top 4 teams in big east. But in sec they are gonna have to pull one out of their hat to make tourny

you can say this about a lot of the conference. Same 2-3 teams and then the teams like western ky fills the rest.

Louisville is a joke. They are painful to watch on offense. They are an embarrassment to college basketball. Get them out of the top 10 they aren't even a top 20 team Kinda like Texas all the defense in the world but dreadful on offense.
