hey Jay, doing good here. Hunting hard again. I eased back a little last year, but back on a steady diet of coonhunting again. I got set back a little this spring when my top prospect for comp hunting was drown by a coon. I had just placed Recharge at an RQE, and not a week later she died. She was a hustling fool. Cowboy is still alive [so is Tucker!]. Cowboy has not been to the woods in over a year now- he has persistent "lower back pain" if he hunts hard, and he just refuses to not hunt hard. I am now hunting a grandpup off of Cowboy- she has Truth, Tucker, Cowboy, Xtra, and a whole pile of other dogs of mine in the pedigree. I like her a lot. I am hoping to start traveling a little more again- whether comp or pleasure it would sure be a treat to get out your way again- cut a dog loose on the Maple River. Hey Chris,
Lizzy is a grandnite out of Truth and Tucker. She was born at my house and i sold her as a pup to Jeremy Michaelis. I believe she was also owned by John Monroe for a while. I have never hunted with her, but have heard she is a good one. I believe John once said she was one of the most enjoyable dogs he had ever hunted. What do you know about this male? Is it in MN?

The dog is not in MN Ben its down it south east IA. From what he said bout the dog is he is got a mouth you can here nothing to loud very very acurate can seem to move a track pretty good and sounded like a pretty big hunting dog.

Credit River Tucker passed on July 21, 2011. He was in good health until the end. Made it to the ripe age of 15 years and 3 months.

i can't believe i am first hearing about this now! i know this sounds pretty cheesy to you but hopefully him and steff are out in the timber as we speak, putting a few up those big old cotton woods in the sky.

on a side note i still believe their are going to be many that wished they would have bred to him while they could if they don't already!

i'm just glad i not only got to be a part of tuckers rise to the top of the list but also still own one of the gr nites out of him. just the other night while we were hunting i think i expressed how hard it will be for me when he decideds to join his pops in that forest in the sky. **** time sure flys by!

Dont know much about the Tucker dogs but I know that big tub headed male on Marty Beards leash while hes standing under that lion. I just treed with him last night and I still hunt him 3 or 4 nights a week!! Every night I pray to God that no one tells Jiggs that he's 13 years old. If I get one more dog like him in my life I'll die a happy man and thanks Marty for taking a chance on a punk kid though you'll never see this because you'd never lower yourself to using a computer
