and Gals,

Here I be! Sorry I wasn't here yesterday without warning. Day just got away from me... we went to my Mums for our Christmas gathering for the PM and it was wonderful! Very nice, relaxed etc... OUr Praline yams were a hit as was Bob's Pumpkin pie.... and our farm bought pecan and apple pies as well. We just had Pizza... since everyone had cooked too many Christmas dinners already. BUT... it was some GOOD pizza from a good Boston pizzeria so... we were happy. We had to bring the dawg with.. since he needed his meds at 9 pm and there was NO way we'd be back by then. AND... I don't let anyone else do the medicating. He was a good boy, slept in his crate and did some walks around the city blocks with Bob.

Hi Johnny! Welcome back....
Chilly here today. Not sure the temps since the gam cam therm. went crazy again.. would say 2 degrees then 151 degrees etc...LOL... I THINK It might want to say 1.5 and can't??? We'll see how it does with sub zero temps we will have in the AM. It was cool enough this AM that Bob a (rel ugly) Pic of me with all my winter gear on... LOL! I layered 3 hats on... AND... it worked, we'll see how I do in the AM. Wont be outside long for sure. Gotta pup sit for Webs GF Daisy tomorrow... she better wanna stay INSIDE cause Web will NOT wanna be out there! LOL...
It is awful to see how COLD it is down South!
OK, I think I caught up on here... and will be sending PRAYERS to ALL in need!
Gotta see what else is up, see the reddawg video and read that article!

A BALMY -6.1 (windchill 14 to 19 below depending on where you are in Wrentham...) here at the house...GOTTA be a bit cooler out back BUT... no clue since the cams are FROZEN...LOL... Not that I AM going to change batteries or chips... since I have NO intention of exposing ANY skin! Dogs have been in and out a couple a times and I doubt they'll wanna go again for a bit???? COuld be wrong...LOL...

good wasnt the word for it

the chili was great and the barb be qee was outstanding

especially after walking around in 12 degree weather going to two den trees and a slick tree, i really questioned my sanity being out in that weather

SUPERBOWL

Bob is going for GreenBay and I'm routing for the Steelers. I'm only routing for the Steelers cause my good friend from SC is... and I think I've caught his enthusiam. Of course I'd be MUCH happier if the Pats were playing... BUT we didn't deserve it this year either.
COLD... My poor game cam thermometer def. does not do negative or decimal points... so it was 32, 150 plus 02 etc... all over the charts... SO funny to be all bundled up in a thousand layers with the cam saying it's in the high 100s! Felt like a heatwave in the aftn! Not sure what the high was but maybe the teens? Gonna warm up, gonna snow, Wed we MAY get another foot... there are gonna be suicidal and homicidal new englanders soon... There is NO room to put the snow in many towns. Roads BAD... kinda dangerous NOW as they narrow...
BTW, dlinkous... coon hunters don't HAVE sanity!
