Nothing like fresh apples or any type of fruit. Growing up everyone had apple or peach trees. Sure do miss them.

PRAYERS TO ALL!
REAL Glad our new Civil war is all over! When my son Richard got married to his wife Elizabeth... my toast,at the rehersal dinner, was about the interesting mix of people we were joining together. Here I am a Bostonian with a Greek mother and my dads side descended from Robert E Lee. Richards wife has Italian and african american and African on one side and then the other side has the last name Mitten and are white as can be...but the Grandfather is a retired professor at Harvard... Teaching about studying and curating the collections of Archeology and Ancient Art Who became a Muslim in his adult life while studying.... All peaceful wonderful people too...and the majority of the family are members of the BaHa'i Faith. BaHa'i began in Iran a long time ago and they were not treated kindly by the the less peaceful Muslims. THat family could have a civil war without MY family even joining the mix! But they dont... all get along great!
NOW... about dawgs.... I was noticing the other day as I was looking to see how OUR acorns are... and to be honest I couldn't SEE any up in the tall oaks! There were a few on the ground.. anyway... I was noticing that... since we had that lil Treein Cur Daisy here... we just don't have squirrels! I wonder if they have a CLUE she has moved to another part of town with her family? LOL....
OK... Lots to do this weekend. Bob and I are taking my Mum to a Greek Festival on Sunday. I hope she will meet my psychiatrist.. who happens to be a Greek Orthodox Priest, like my Mums father was. Some of the food looks like it'll be great...I didn't grow up eating much Greek food... lol... but I'll try some of it! Just NOT THE EGGPLANT!

Morn'n, hot but not as bad as has been. Rain chances up but it is for scattered showers. Some in S. West Ga have gotten as much as 5 inches in places and some like me have got a half of inch in the last week. Just got to be under the right cloud at the time.

Few peanuts starting to be plowed up and them bell boys are sure moving. It is their time of year for love.

Took my Willow and Billy the Kid pup out for a walk today walked up a bear napping it got up and took off like a flash walked the pup up there were it was laying well I came home and put here name in the tracking system now she just need to get big enough to wear it

We finaly got rain this weekend. 7 tenths Saturday and 2 inches and 2 tenths Sunday. Congrats on Soccer game RC. Great pics and looks like yawl had a great time BB.
