Hi All!

First off... hoping you ALL stay safe! I got a picture text from a SC friend with SIX inches of snow on their house! We are cold and dry here...for now. Tomorrow PM we expect a foot or so... As I've said a million or more times I'm sure.. WE can hack it here...I worry about people down south... who are NOT set up for this weather, the roads, the COLD... I hate the thought of any lives lost... and we send our prayers down that way!!

L.Lyle.. it sure is tough watching our folks get old... My mum is 91 and lives in her big old home still... she does have help there and people stay with her. I DO wish she were closer to me... Some day she may come live with us... if she needs to. Prayers to your mom! Falling is one of the scariest things. Heck, I'm 50 and Bob already has to worry about the falling!

And Gals too of course Decided to get on here EARLY today when the site is less bogged down. 2 nights in a row I have not made it thru all the classifieds I wanted to read... falling asleep waiting for all to load! lol...Tonight I wanna fall asleep on the warm bed... covered with 2 dawgs...not on the cold sofa!
CHILLY here... I'm SO DONE with winter! Was in the teens near the house, colder out back.... I'm still chilled. Our snow is supposed to start anytime after midnite and continue thru tomorrow. We're in a storm warning, expecting plenty. We'll see... I plan to stay nice and warm inside BUT.. I will get pix if it's worthy!

I'll let Johnny go, too much snow and ice up there for me. Got some friends up around Atlanta that were suppose to come down friday to quail hunt and they cancelled because of the roads up there.
